Hourly Rates :

are determined by the number of movers needed to complete your move. You are charged for the actual number of hours worked plus travel charges (if applicable). Minimum charges usually apply and are determined by the estimator.

Flat Rates :

are determined by information obtained in a pre-move survey and include packing

and/or moving items you specifically stated. It is a firm quote regardless of the number of hours or men needed to complete your move. This amount is binding between you and the mover. Additional charges may apply for additional items and/or services, or for any excessive time delays caused by you during the move process. We would be happy to provide you with per item prices on any potential add-ons (extra boxes, items or services ) if you suspect your inventory may change. We assure you our prices are not inflated on moving day and consider these prices to be very reasonable.

Estimates :

for moving services can (in most cases) be done over the phone with proper information given. Although some packing estimates can be done over the phone, most will require a visual inspection by an estimator. For a phone estimate, we recommend that you call from a portable phone. Otherwise, before calling, you should go to each room of your home or office and make a list of items that you would like moved by the movers. This will help prevent over-looking Items and /or areas that are easily forgotten such as patios, decks, outdoor furniture and planters, attics, basements, sheds, appliances, and exercise equipment.

Most estimates can be done by fax or phone.

If preferred, we can come to your home or business for a

visual estimate at no cost or obligation. If you have a fax, we can fax

you a "Household Goods Inventory List" to complete and fax back to us.
