Hourly Rates : |

Hourly rates are determined by the number of men needed to |

complete your move. You are charged for the actual number of |

hours worked plus travel charges (if applicable). Minimum |

charges usually apply and are determined by the estimator. |

| Flat Rates : | ||
are determined by information obtained in a pre-move survey |
||
and includes packing and / or moving items you specifically |
||
stated. It is a firm quote regardless of the number of hours or |
||
men needed to complete your move. This amount is binding |
||
between you and the mover. Additional charges may apply |
||
for additional items and / or services, or for any time delays |
||
caused by you during the move process (movers had to wait). |

| Estimates : | ||
| for moving services can (in most cases) be done over the phone with proper information given. Although some | ||
| packing estimates can be done over the phone, most will require a visual inspection by an estimator. For a phone | ||
| estimate, we recommend that you call from a portable | ||
| phone. Otherwise, before calling, you should go to each room of your home or office and make a list of items that | ||
| you would like the movers to move. This will help prevent over-looking Items and / or areas that are easily forgotten such | ||
| as patios, decks, outdoor furniture and plants, attics, basements, sheds, appliances, and exercise equipment. | ||

| visual estimate at no cost or obligation. Or, if you have | ||
| a fax, we can fax you a "Household Goods Inventory List" to complete and fax back to us. | ||
